The launch of our mid-size shredder, the TXS 69x90, is aimed at customers in Asia, the Middle East and South America looking for efficient solutions with a strong performance-to-cost ratio. Thanks to its modular ‘plug and play’ design, the TXS 69x90 can be installed and operational in less than a month – much faster than the several months typically required for most shredders.

By offering the TXS 69x90 in a standardized, modular format – complete with effective downstream and dedusting systems – we have ensured an efficient and cost-effective design. The shredder delivers a power rating of between 1,000 and 2,500 horsepower and can process up to 60 tons of mixed scrap or car bodies per hour. Numerous upgrade options, including our Variable Frequency Drive (VFD), Shredder Drive Assistant (SDA) and Intelligent Data Extraction System InDEx all further enhance system performance.

One of the standout features of the TXS 69x90 is its modular nature, which includes pre-assembled hydraulic and electrical controls delivered in containers, ready for easy ‘plug and play’ installation. This eliminates the need for additional buildings and enables the shredder to be installed and commissioned in under a month, far faster than most other shredders.

Despite being competitively priced, the TXS 69x90 maintains the premium build quality that Lindemann is known for. The shredder incorporates energy-efficient components and uses the same high-quality drive systems as Lindemann’s premium models. The design is robust, service-friendly, and low-maintenance, providing an excellent performance-to-cost ratio. Key features include a 40° inclined feed chute, proven twin-drive roller technology with two hydraulic motors, a three-part anvil, a two-piece impact wall, and a single-piece rear wall with water injection openings. The adjustable ejection flap controls production volume and quality.
