19 professionals from the entire Technical Service and Field Service team took part
On Friday, all service employees working throughout Germany came together for the first time at Lindemann's headquarters in Düsseldorf for the Field Service Day: 19 professionals from the entire Technical Service and Field Service team took part in the day, which provided an ideal opportunity to share experiences, work in both group and individual workshops, and engage in constructive discussions about new developments. Various activities were on the agenda during the Field Service Day. Joint discussions were held on the different experiences, allowing valuable knowledge to be exchanged. Group work provided an opportunity to discuss current topics together and, with a view to the future, to work out optimizations. Particularly exciting was the close cooperation with the design team, where the new developments of a blade changing device, the optimization of the wear plate exchange for shears and the shredder platform for wear plate exchange were discussed.

These topics were highly relevant to the efficiency and performance of Lindemann machines. Another highlight of the Field Service Day was the presentation of the InDEx operating and production data acquisition system and its application, where participants were shown the possibilities and advantages of this innovation. The day ended with a joint dinner, where the participants were able to exchange ideas and promote networking in a relaxed atmosphere. Overall, the Field Service Day was a successful and productive day that fostered knowledge sharing, collaboration and development within Lindemann's Technical Service and Field Service teams.
