N-SERIES NCS heavy-duty clamshell shears/ balers/loggers utilize reliable technology for efficiency and safety, and offer all features necessary to meet processing needs.
N-SERIES NCS clamshell shears process almost any type of metal scrap. The same machine works also as a baler and a logger making it optimal especially to small or mid-size facilities where flexibility, low operating cost, ease of maintenance and durability are required.
Clamshell Shear with 44t throughput per hour
The generously dimensioned chargebox of the clamshell shears with fast, powerful side wings is dimensioned to enable entire car bodies to be processed together with scrap. Compressed to bales or cut into conventional sheared scrap. This machine is perfect for producing recyclable scrap varieties as well as intermediate products in the metal preparation process.
