The LINDEMANN ZZ is a high-performance heavy-duty shredder engineered for efficient processing of demanding materials. With rotor diameters ranging from 175 cm to 300 cm and inlet widths from 160 cm to 300 cm, it delivers outstanding throughput and flexibility for modern scrap processing operations.

Its hydraulically driven feed system ensures a consistent material flow and can be equipped with the optional Feed Optimizer, which pre-compresses bulky scrap and maximizes machine utilization. Hydraulic anvil clamping keeps the anvil securely positioned during shredding, while the optimized rotor and feed roller design improves material compaction and feeding performance. At the same time, the innovative electric drive system provides smooth operation, excellent energy efficiency, and reduced operating costs.

The wear-resistant housing and durable components are designed to maximize uptime and simplify maintenance. Features such as the tiltable housing and quick-access rotor allow fast service interventions and reduced downtime. An integrated fire suppression system enhances operational safety, while the optional dust suppression system helps create a cleaner working environment.
