The NxtPress is engineered to meet the toughest requirements of today’s scrap processing industry. Its hydraulically driven lid securely encloses the press box and automatically cuts off oversized material, ensuring optimal compression conditions and consistently high-quality bale production. A two-stage compression process creates dense, uniform and stable bales that are easy to transport, store and process further. At the same time, the electrically driven hydraulic system with advanced 400-bar technology maximises energy efficiency and significantly reduces power consumption and operating costs.

Designed as a true plug-and-play solution, the NxtPress minimises installation time and foundation requirements. Its compact monoblock construction simplifies transportation, assembly and commissioning, enabling operators to start production quickly and efficiently. Optional upgrades such as a mobile version and full integration with myLINDEMANN provide additional flexibility and future-ready connectivity.
