The LINDEMANN NxtCut Wing combines powerful compaction technology with intelligent automation and cutting forces of up to 1,000 tonnes. Its innovative dual-wing design enables faster, more efficient and highly reliable scrap processing, delivering maximum productivity for modern recycling operations.

The NxtCut Wing is engineered for the rapid and efficient processing of light to medium-heavy scrap. With cutting forces of up to 1,000 tonnes and a long press box, it handles high material volumes while delivering consistent cutting performance. From pipes and profiles to end-of-life vehicles (ELV), production scrap and mixed scrap grades, the machine processes a wide variety of materials with speed and precision.
Its dual press wings generate up to 400 tonnes of compaction force at the optimal compression angle, ensuring fast and effective densification of bulky and heterogeneous scrap. Generous overstroke functionality reduces friction and wear, extending component life while increasing throughput and operational efficiency.
The advanced 400-bar hydraulic system maximises energy efficiency and ensures optimal power transmission throughout the process. Optional pre-fill hopper solutions further improve material flow and support continuous operation.
