Hydraulics

Operating pressures of up to 350 bar enable high hydraulic performance while requiring only minimal oil volumes. An intelligent cooling and filtration system significantly extends oil life and reduces maintenance requirements. Hydraulic oil is continuously used for machine lubrication and automatically replenished when required, ensuring consistently high oil quality without the need for frequent large-scale oil changes. This reduces operating costs, conserves resources and improves machine availability.

The hydraulic system is designed for maximum efficiency. Flow- and power-controlled pumps deliver exactly the energy required, while intelligent control functions optimise acceleration and deceleration processes. The result is shorter cycle times, reduced energy losses and highly dynamic machine performance.

For maximum flexibility, the hydraulic and electrical systems can optionally be installed inside a weatherproof container.
