The LINDEMANN NxtCut Mover combines powerful cutting performance with true mobility, bringing efficient scrap processing directly to where it is needed. Delivering 600 tonnes of cutting force and intelligent automation, it enables flexible, cost-effective and highly productive scrap processing directly in the yard.

The NxtCut Mover is a fully mobile scrap shear engineered for dynamic recycling operations. With 600 tonnes of cutting force and a 6.2 m press box, it reliably processes light to medium scrap with high throughput and consistent cutting performance. From mixed scrap and pipes to profiles and steel structures, the machine handles a wide range of materials directly at the storage location.

Mounted on crawler tracks and powered by a diesel drive system, the NxtCut Mover travels to the scrap instead of requiring scrap to be transported to the shear. This significantly reduces material handling, lowers operating costs and accelerates overall processing efficiency. Powerful press wings generate up to 350 tonnes of compaction force, ensuring optimal material preparation before cutting. Generous overstroke functionality reduces friction and wear while improving energy efficiency and extending component life.
