Continuous Material Feeding for Maximum Efficiency

The integrated feed hopper enables continuous and efficient material feeding without the need for additional pre-fill or feeding systems. Its intelligent design eliminates external components, reducing maintenance requirements, energy consumption and operating costs while increasing equipment availability, throughput and productivity.

The next charge can already be loaded while the press box is opening. Material is guided into the processing area in a controlled and consistent manner, supporting a continuous material flow and minimising idle time between processing cycles.

Designed for maximum flexibility, the scrap shear can be loaded from either side, simplifying integration into existing scrap processing and metal recycling operations. This allows operators to adapt the machine to different material flows and site layouts. The result is shorter cycle times, higher throughput and more efficient scrap processing with lower overall operating costs.
