Robust, reliable and efficient triple-acting baler

N-SERIES NTB triple balers are used to compact all types of metal scrap into high density bales. They meet the requirements of steel making plants and foundries. NTB triple balers offer high performance processing of aluminum, copper, as well as ferrous and stainless materials.

Highly efficient triple baler

The NTB triple balers are in use both in scrap yards as well as in regular operation in recycling companies. The sturdy design permits compression of stamping waste, sheet metal, cans, light profiles, wires and thin-walled pipes. Oversized scrap pieces are automatically cut by the integrated blade. Due to the triple baling and short cycle time, it is used everywhere where scrap has to be efficiently pressed into compact bales.

HYDRAULIC CONTROL

Central, easily accessible hydraulic control block for simplified maintenance.

PIPING

Bent high pressure piping, thus reducing flow resistance and increasing the service life of the piping.

POSITION MEASURING

Contactless position measuring system in all cylinders for less maintenance.

FRAME-MOUNTED DESIGN

Frame-mounted design allows for quick machine installation and low foundation requirements.

TIE RODS

Pre-stressed tie rods to absorb forces during baling. The press box thus remains free of dynamic forces.

DOOR

The horizontal, lubricated door enables a smaller installation footprint and easier access to the door cylinder. In addition, the door is equipped with replaceable wear plates to increase process reliability.

V-SHAPED BLADES

V-shaped, adjustable blades for effective cutting of protruding material

CENTRAL OIL LUBRICATION

Standard central oil lubrication with an optimum number of lubrication points.

LINING

Lining with externally bolted wear plates with a narrow, rectangular profile for the press box floor and a wider rectangular profile for the press box walls.

COMPACTOR

Reinforced and braced compactor ends provide more stability and rigidity, preventing the compactor body from warping during the baling process.

TOP COMPACTOR 1

The top of compactor 1 is fitted with replaceable wear plates.

FEED HOPPER
