The NLB balers offer high-performance processing of a variety of materials, including factory chips, skeletal scrap, sheet, steel cans, stampings, profiles, wire, tubing, and white goods Suitable for light to medium ferrous, stainless, aluminum, and copper feed materials. Balers suitable for scrap yards and industrial applications.

Lid-sytle baler with 30t throughput performance

This lid-style baler is ideally suited for baling voluminous or wear-intensive scrap. The strong lid closes the baling chamber and simultaneously cuts off oversized material. Its dual compaction then ensures optimally stable bales. At the same time, the automatic pre-filling trough correspondingly enhances its throughput performance.

  • Throughput/hour up to 30 t
  • No-load cycle times as fast as 50 seconds

OPERATING PRINCIPLE C1 – C2

  • Scrap is fed via the tipping troughor directly into the press box
  • Lid closes the baling chamber andcuts off excessively large material
  • C1 compacts the material in the longitudinal direction of the press box

OPERATING PRINCIPLE C1 – C2

  • C2 compacts the material in the transverse direction of the press box and creates the actual bale
  • The door opens and C2 pushes the bale out of the baler
  • All compactors move back to the home position and the lid opens
