N-SERIES NSP briquetters are compact, reliable, low-maintenance and efficient single ram briquetting presses, suitable for operation in scrapyards or in any other metal-processing applications. They can process a wide range of swarf, chips and turnings from machining of steel, aluminum, cast iron, brass and other metals.

The open press die is filled with chips via the feed hopper (01). The integrated weighing device ensures that only the exact amount of material is filled into the press die (02). Afterwards, the hydraulic stamper ram closes the die and starts to compact the material. The main ram moves forward to compact the material into a strong and stable briquette (03). Then the entire press die moves back and releases the briquette. The backward movement of the press piston causes the briquette to fall onto the discharge chute (04). The process is then repeated again (01).

150C - 70

The compact NSP 150C - 70 is specially designed for industrial applications for pressing chips. Different materials can thus be quickly and economically converted into value-adding briquettes on site.
